At bigg billion store, we believe trust should never depend on promises alone. That's why we record a complete packing video for every single order.
Before dispatch, we show your exact product, its condition, the packaging process, and the shipping label with your order details. Once packed, the video is sent to your registered WhatsApp number.
You can check everything yourself first. If it looks right, you can receive your parcel with full confidence. That means you are not buying on blind trust — you are buying with video proof.
Open-box delivery and zero-advance COD is usually offered only by very large marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. Small independent stores like ours don't get that facility from courier partners.
Instead of making false promises, we chose a more transparent alternative: a small advance to confirm your order, plus a full packing proof video before dispatch.
This allows you to see your product, your packaging, and your shipping details before the parcel even leaves our hands. It is our way of making sure trust is built with proof, not just words.
